[AZ-Observing] 2002 NY40

I am gratified to hear of all the observations made of the asteroid!
Saturday evening I set up my Newtonian, got an updated ephemeris, printed
out some finder charts on GUIDE using the information from the printout.
Went outside, aimed my scope to the first chart's star field, and then...
the clouds rolled in! #*$% clouds! A few very small sucker holes appeared
now and then, but not enough to recognize any star patterns. Vega was never
visible after 8:15 local time, and after awhile the moon clouded out. No
breaks! Observing from the south Scottsdale / north Tempe area wasn't
optimal for this event.
Oh well, there's always next time, right?
