[AZ-Observing] Re: Comet Tempel 1 Report

My CCD frames show a distinct brightening of the comet's central core
immediately after impact. Only the central pixel or two shows this with
the coma unaffected, exactly what one would expect from an impact at the
core and an expanding debris plume, but the magnitude was almost a
factor of two from just before impact. I will attempt to create a light
curve.
