is next Friday, July 30th. It's only once in a blue moon that we have two
meetings in a month and what is more, two speakers. Doug Snyder & Dave
Healy from Huachuca Astronomy Club will speak on their Venus transit
experiences. Dave being one of only a few people who saw the entire event
from the U.S. How is that possible you may ask? Come to the meeting and
find out. We meet @ 7:30 p.m. at Grand Canyon University--enter from 33rd
Avenue and Camelback continue to the last building on the right, the Fleming
Building. A S.A.C. sign will be out front, follow your ears to the
classroom where we meet.
