I agree weather is important, but not an issue here. :-)

The issue is whether or not we should allow the Fee Demo to continue.

I recall when growing up in NY the NY State Thruway was being built. 
A great road the length of NY. A fee was set for use to pay for it 
and would expire in 20 years. 20 years came and the fee stayed and 
increased.

Think down the road, you kids want to go observe up at Dugas Road 
(still nothing there but a dirt road and now a toll booth). Only $59 
a person per night or $200 per vehicle.
