[AZ-Observing] Possible Yuma Proving Ground Expansion

There is a speculative story in today's Republic about the beginning of plans
to expand the Yuma Proving Ground, which is already adjacent to the Sentinel
observing site. Looking at a state map, it seems likely that they would have
to go north of Interstate 8 to the west of State Highway 85.

The photo of the car that is used for a target is amusing. I have owned
vehicles that I wanted to do that to.
