Just don't lose those 3 ring binders for the day the whole shebang crashes.
Backup backup backup. I almost learned that the hard way :)

Subject: [AZ-Observing] Observation Notes Database
The first fairly functional version of my observing notes database is on
line, it even works, more or less. Still need to scan a pile of
drawings, a few descriptions missing (but not many) and just a couple
bugs in the PHP (don't try to select Winnecke 4 or PK342+27.1). But it
is a usable database. Feel free to use it, I even made it red on black
for use at the scope (with a red screen filter perhaps).
Since everything is dynamic it should be no problem to enter future
notes into the database and have it grow with me. A whole lot more
usable than piles of notes in three ring binders!!
