[AZ-Observing] RTMC 2004: TAAA's Dean Ketelsen, Cliff Holmes Award

TAAA's Dean Ketelsen was given the 2004 RTMC's Cliff Holmes Award. The award
is given by the people of the Riverside Telescope Makers
Conference/Astronomy Expo for the "advancement and promotion of amateur
astronomy".
Cliff Holmes was one of the founders of the RTMC conference.
Dean leads the annual successful June Grand Canyon Star Party.
