For anyone that needs this.
Fellow Astronomers:
This is just to let you know that a new Clear Sky Clock has been
established
at our request for the Grand Canyon Star Party (South Rim) viewing site at
Yavapai Point. You might want to alert your members so that they can use
this tool to plan their activities.
The clock may be accessed at
http://www.cleardarksky.com/c/GrndCynSPAZkey.html?1 . You will also find
this clock up and running at our website at www.astroverde.org
Thanks, as usual, are due to Attilla Danko who may be reached at
danko@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx We are checking whether another clock needs to be
established for the North Rim viewing site, which I am afraid I have never
visited. If it is more than 15 miles away from Yavapai Point as the
California Condor flies, Atilla will establish another clock for that
site.
If I have missed someone who might benefit by being made aware of this
tool,
please feel free to forward this message to them.
Best Regards,
P. C. Venkat
