Just wacthed Channel 3 news and lo and behold the Cherry fire is being called
uncontrolled. Appears the unexpected winds caused it to go beyond what they'd
hoped. The news reporter was reporting from Sunset Point and you could
clearly see the smoke plume about 20 miles away. The PNF ranger they interviewd
said
they were bringing in an additional 200 men and several aircraft to get it
back under control.
Flat Iron Anyone???
