[AZ-Observing] FREE RTMC registration and 5-meal tickets

My IOTA friend from the Bay area, Sandy Bumgarner is unable to attend
RTMC this year, due to some family matters
He is offering his registration and a 5-meal ticket for FREE to the
first taker.
