Besides the fairly thick cirrus and persistent contrails,
there are stars, notably Capella and beta Aur setting in the
left-center above the 72-inch dome. The stationary 'stars' are
hot pixels, though Polaris does show up as a faint star toward the
upper-right corner. On clear Moonless nights you can see stars
down to mag 4 or thereabouts.
