Howdy;
I hope that Charles Wood's book and a few others speaking up will create
some more interest in observing the interplay of light, gray and dark on the
face of Our Satellite. There is a lifetime of detail to see in a modest
scope with the interest and determination to view the Moon at its best.
I have not gotten around to creating an organized assault on the Lunar 110,
but I agree completely that the Moon is a worthwhile observing target. I
dearly love to just crank up the power and see what is along the terminator.
And this from a guy who wrote a book on Deep Sky Observing;))
Clear Skies to us all;
