[AZ-Observing] Possible Aurora Alert

Chris Schur called to alert me that the solar "Kp" index is currently
shooting upward. The plot shows Kp=6 at 3h UT, and Chris has photographed
aurorae from Payson when the Kp index was 7.

All other things being equal, the best time to look is local midnight due
to the favorable orientation of the auroral oval.
