The Mormon Mountain Star Stare is less than a week away and registration is 
at 29. Thanks to all who've registered. Your support of the Star Stare is 
appreciated and I'm looking forward to seeing next weekend.

The attendance limit for this event is 50, which means there is plenty of 
room for you to sign up to attend. If you'd like to attend, please contact me 
by 
email at billferris@xxxxxxx by Wednesday, May 28. After May 28, registration 
will be on-site during the event.

directions and applicable Coconino National Forest rules, please visit the

As of May 22, there are no fire restrictions in the Coconino National Forest. 
However, fire danger is rated at "high," so please use caution and common 
sense with stoves and other potential fire hazards during the Star Stare.

Finally, one porta-potty has been rented for this event. It will be delivered 
Friday afternoon and picked up on Sunday. Other than that, we're roughing it. 
The site is an unimproved forest meadow without water and other facilities.
