Pardon if this posting is inappropriate for AZObserving, but please if you
have an opportunity to tune into NPR's "Talk of the Nation" (in Phoenix KJZZ
91.5 FM) at 12:00 today  there will be a segment with regard to light
pollution--also there is a website mentioned that this program will be
available on afterward in case you miss it.
