[AZ-Observing] tonight

According to accu-weather's hourly forecast, cloud cover will be down to 5%
by 8 or so tonight south of Phoenix (Vekol). A little windy early (10mph or
so), but by 11 or 12 it should be about perfect. I am still planning on
heading out.
