A nova candidate has been reported in Cygnus that is perhaps
brighter than mag 8. Position is is given as: 19 43 02.0 +32 19 14 (J2000),
matching a faint H-alpha emission star recently catalogued in the
British 'IPHAS' survey as a mag 18 star.
