[AZ-Observing] Comet Bradfield orbit update

Given that Comet Bradfield didn't completely vaporize as it rounded
the Sun in the last few days, Brian Marsden has issued a revised orbit
and ephemeris based on SOHO data through today (Apr 20 UT). The notional
magnitudes show it at mag 5 or 6 once it gets reasonably far from the Sun.
