This is the forecast for the Prescott area:

TONIGHT...WINDY THIS EVENING. PARTLY CLOUDY. A CHANCE OF RAIN AND 
SNOW SHOWERS WITH A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS... etc.

Snow!? Is this a mistake by NOAA?

Of course, it is extremely windy here also but not quite as bad, 
but still bad, as earlier in the day.
