Do note the contrast in the nominal forecasts provided by NWS and
what's indicated by the Flatiron ClearSkyClock (which is for it to be
clear all night with poor seeing), based on this morning's model run.
Given the synoptic situation, it will be interesting to see which proves
correct. I'd be willing to bet that the weather action by sunset
will be east of PHX.
