[AZ-Observing] The Eclipse before the storm

Howdy all;
I got a few moments around 7:30 to view the eclipse of the moon, before the
clouds and rain and lightening and thunder all got started.
I would saw that the Moon was about 80% eclipsed when I looked, the mare
were easy in the 8X42 binoculars and there was a thick bright rim to the
Moon. The bright rim looked like a crescent Moon at the "wrong angle".
That is about all I got to see before the clouds made me stop;
