[AZ-Observing] Satellite USA 193

USA 193 looked very bright from my Phoenix location tonight, especially
considering the very bright moon and local streetlights. It was about 30
degrees up as it passed above Alpheratz at 7:35. I'd guess it was 1st
magnitude.
