[AZ-Observing] Warning for those headed west this weekend....

Hey all,
Anyone headed west on I-10 to observe should be cautious around the Buckeye
area where all the construction is going on. A customer, who happens to be a
DPS officer, mentioned that many officers patrolling that area are only a few
tickets away from winning the 2 week Bahamas vacation. :-) Seriously though,
he did say that they are making *lots* of speeding stops in this part of I-10.
Also, Matt Luttinen (sp?) mentioned that the SR85 is being widened, possibly
causing slowdowns and delays.
Still, it beats being a 1500's era astronomer, where one could be burned alive
for believing the Earth went around the Sun. (Check out "Don't know much about
the universe" by Kenneth Davis; it's amazing that astronomy even exists today
given all the persecution by the Church at that time.)
