Howdy folks;

I am posting this so that this info can make it into the local club 
newsletters, so please newsletter editors take note.  This is from a call 
generated by a contact from Mr. Telescope.  This ad is all that I know from the 
phone call.

Domed Observatory for $900, take it away

Judy Gangi has bought a home near 32nd Street and Shea in Phoenix and it has a 
big domed observatory in the backyard.  The problem...Judy is not an astronomer 
and she would like her yard back.  So, for the low price of 900 dollars and 
some labor, you can have the entire observatory.  >From a short phone 
conversation, the observatory is about 10 feet in size and the dome does still 
rotate.  There is a pier in the middle with bolts where the scope used to be.  
Judy is going to insist that she winds up with a nice, flat, piece of ground 
where this observatory used to be and you get the all the pieces for only 900 
bucks.  Are you willing to disassemble an observatory and dig out a pier?  Is
