No, there is no choices setting for the SVG export default options nor
is there any configuration file.
Bitmap export, in contrast, stores the settings in the document, so
you can change the bitmap export default settings by changing the
default document. SVG and PDF export do not yet do that but it seems a
sensible thing to have.

One day I hope to do that - as well as PDF import. It is likely that
at some stage users will be able to vote on the proposed new features
as it happened for EasiWriter recently. That will show whether new
import/export capabilities are rated more highly than new creative
features. For EasiWriter, that was the case. Word2000 export won by a
huge margin and proved to be much more popular than all the other
suggested new features, some of which I thought were pretty exciting.
On the other hand, open file format import/export (ODF) did not score
that well. It will be interesting to see how that compares to what the
ArtWorks user base prefers.
