[artworks] The Artworks wiki

Hi all

I have added a sample celtic knot file to the gallery in Phil Pemberton's
Artworks wiki. I plan to produce a couple of more sophisticated versions
to showcase further refinements of the basic technique. Thanks to a simple
change made by Phil - within hours of me asking - the wiki now accepts file
uploads with a .art extension, which can be used for native-format Artworks
files.

Unfortunately, waiting for the content pixies to fill the wiki up with
useful information doesn't seem to be working; all they've left so far is
some link spam, which I have removed. I would ask everyone here to consider
making a contribution - the wiki is still below 'critical mass', really, and
that's where it will stay unless people are willing to help out.
