After the recent ROM update supplied to A9Home owners three problems
surfaced when running the latest release version of ArtWorks (2.57):
- ArtWorks 2.57 would not run at all, giving an error message
about an unsupported executable format. This has been fixed
by the ArtWorks 2.58 upgrade.
- Colour patches were not redrawn correctly in the colour bar
and on the colour menu.
- When starting up, ArtWorks displayed a spurious error
message "filing system needs to be given a file name".
The latter two problems are fixed by the ArtWorks 2.59 upgrade
released today. A9Home users are advised to download the upgrade from
the ArtWorks 2.5 support area. The upgrade can be applied to version
2.57 only, so if necessary, the 2.57 upgrade needs to be downloaded
and installed first.
This upgrade is required for A9Home operation only. The official
current release version for other platforms is still 2.57.
