ICC Examin allowes to load the _ICC_PROFILE(_xxx) atom according to its
screen position into the profile viewer. The menu item
Window -> Videocard Gamma opens a window to observe the video LUT's:

Ideally it should be distribution independent. Once a common place CMS,
like ColorSync or WCS, is distributed on Linux, this should be a no

Reverse back from the profile? I thought already about something like this
for Oyranos in a different context.
