There is no "official list". Both are fine for general Arachne posts.
I was pushing for arachne@xxxxxxxxxxxxx to be a more focused list--
but I don't think that's going to work.

Arachne@xxxxxxxxxxxxx has a digest--so if the volume is too high,
people can opt for the digest. I have come to the conclusion
that Arachne4DOS@xxxxxxxxxxxxx could be left to wither as redundant.

I think double posting of the same message to both lists is really
unecessary and inconsiderate. But I don't think it's going to stop,
so let's encourage Mel to eliminate Arachne4DOS and just have one
wide-open list. I don't need two copies of everything!!!!!

If you want to see who is subscribed to the mailing list
"arachne@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" then you can ask Ecartis@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
by sending an email to Ecartis@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the words
"who arachne" in the subject line. (leave out the quotes)

There are no definitive answers, no authority except us individual
subscribers. So you must decide for yourself what to do.

Not everyone has migrated here as you can see from the "who"
listing.
