Arachne at FreeLists---The Arachne Fan Club!



I have been trying to use the dialup sequence which Glenn McCorkle recently

gave me to dial and log in at VCN, which will be my new ISP when I succeed
in 
making the dialup and login sequence work.  However, I have been unable to 
make it work.  I never get a proper dial screen and I have been unable to
get 
right through to VCN.  VCN is the Vancouver Community Net whose full URL is
VCN.BC.CA

Interestingly enough, earlier I modified my old terminal mode auto login 
dialup sequence from Compuserve to fit what I hoped would work at VCN.   It

worked to the extent of my getting to VCN and then VCN demanding I login
but 
not giving me a proper opportunity to do so.

In other words, nothing works yet.

Below is my Arachne.CFG using Glenn'S dialup sequence.  Can anyone tell me 
what I have to change to make it work.

Help will be greatly appreciated.
