and I am no sure it's for dos.
Just for the record. Rtspkt.com seems to be designed specifically for
dos. Even if it's not than it works with RTL8139/810x Family under
FreeDOS without any problems on my system.

Did you get "rtgbnd.dos" working with your RTL8169/8110?
