Quark,
It is not my intention to have this list digress to a point
of "slinging BS".  That said, the purpose of this list is
just what the "description" of the list is...Users, Fans
and Developers of the Arachne Web Browser/Suite.  Yes, that
includes the Lnux folks as well!  Those of you that know me
also know I have not used Linux myself...but, as things have
progressed (regressed??) in the Windows world lately, the
likelihood of jumping into Linux is looking more and more
appealing.  So, I have set this list up for ALL Arachne
Fans.
I also want to get one thing straight right now at the start...
I, Wizard57M, Glenn Gilbreath Jr., am only the "founder" of
this list, as well as original moderator.  I will not be
placed into the position of policing the group...I leave that
to the group itself.  This list was created because a large
number of people expressed the same concerns as myself, mainly
the lack of digest mode and archiving ability at CoolLists.
I plan on maintaining contact with the Arachne4DOS@xxxxxxxxxxxx
bunch as well...afterall, we have common goals if not common
membership!
Folks, I owe most of my DOS Internet experiences to the other
users of Arachne.  If it hadn't been for people such as Caverge,
xChaos, GlennMcC, Sam Heywood...well, I wouldn't have been able
to have learned anything.  If we work together, we can keep
Arachne on the steady path to improvement.  If we follow forks
in the road, then doom awaits us at the end of ALL PATHS.
I urge you to not wear your feelings on your sleeve, and at
the same time be mindful of other users feelings.
