Arachne at FreeLists---The Arachne Fan Club!

Arachne: v1.90J1-387
OS: FreeDOS
Internet: DSL through modem and router
Router: Linksys BEFSX41 - firmware v1.45.7
Packet Driver: RTSPKT.com

I set up Arachne in FreeDOS yesterday and it was working fine all evening. 
After that I did 
the following:

a) ran defrag on drive C from FreeDOS (Defrag v1.21)
b) booted to WinXP and defragged drive D where Arachne is installed (drive D is 
visible in 
both FreeDOS and WinXP)
c) shut off the computer

After starting FreeDos a few hours later the situation is as follows:

Arachne starting page indicates that tcp/ip is ok:

However, when I try to open http://www.bttr-software.de/ I keep 
getting the following error:

Uninstall/re-install of Arachne didn't solve the problem.

Any ideas are appreciated.
