Arachne at FreeLists---The Arachne Fan Club!

AAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I remember why I had Freelists on digest!!!

When an act of kindness/consideration -- providing instruction concerning Arachne for someone who thinks better in French than English -- can start a swarm of nasties buzzing around a mailing list, it's better to have only one 'digest' to toss out than having to prune through individual messages.

What's with some of you people??? Did someone slam the door on your tail and now you're looking for someone to nip and bite?

When did proving yourself/selves "right" become more important than than making Arachne work right?

Further, this is not really a "development" forum; even if it were, the help of those who think best in languages other than English would be a bonus. IIRC having someone who could translate Michael's few notes and lables within the source was a gigantic help.

At some point, if the petty bickering and pointless squabbles ease off a bit, we are going to *need* instructions in languages other than English, full "help" files and readme's and maybe even translated wizards too. So unless someone wants to step up and promise that s/he can do all that in English, French, Spanish, Portugese etc (all the basic "conqueror languages") by his/herself, it might be wise to not chase people away simply because they don't happen to speak someone else's preferred default language.

... we now return you to the schedule witch burning in progress
