[arachne] Error Message

Arachne at FreeLists---The Arachne Fan Club!
On a standby computer that used to run Arachne just fine I now get the
following error message -
"INVALID PACKET DRIVER HANDLER AT VECTOR ~~~~~"
Note that this is on a 486 machine running PC DOS 7.0 and although it has
Win 3.1 installed it was booted directly to DOS. I am using ARACHNE v1.70
Couldn't find that in the help files, any suggestions?
