I have just downloaded it to bring my system up to date.
This 2.46 megabyte file took only 12 minutes on my dialup
connection, which for some reason never gets above about 3300
bytes/sec.
I note that Windoze 98SE on the other computer claims that it is
getting a speed of 4400 bytes/sec, but in my experience downloads
are _always_ slower on that one with Windoze/FireFox and a 56k
internal modem than on this computer with DOS/Arachne and a
(28.8?)k external modem.
