Hello Eric,
When I first added a USB 2.0 card to my Win98 `puter, I
went too cheap and got one with an Ali chipset. Not worth
the hours/days they take to install, so go for a brand
like Belkin.
Even with a Belkin card there was an IRQ conflict with the
graphics card which was eventually solved by the AGP PCI-
to-PCI Bridge Driver for the mobo.
