Joe,
Say, I did manage to create a few ikn files...none
worth mentioning though. The key to it is to make
sure the files you want to use are in the appropriate
subdirectory of your Arachne installation...
\ARACHNE\SYSTEM\IKONS. Also, the GIFs you want to
convert can only be like 32 x 32 pixel, 8 bit (16 color)
maximum.
