Just verified this for www.f-prot.com - with CSS support disabled, the
links are light blue on white, with CSS support enabled, they are white
on white.
In this case, it seems to be definetely a problem with CSS support in
Arachne.
There is a somewhat related item on the Arachne 2DoList - see
http://ccgi.johncsparks.plus.com/lists.php - but I think this might
simply be a bug in the implementation of CSS support in Arachne.
