Hmmm,
That makes one vote for died out, a couple for 
still alive...OK, here's what we'll do!  I can end the
list at Freelists, one less chore to do anyhow.  
If the list isn't being used anyway, no loss.  
Or, if someone else wants it...just ask...I've only 
got one other moderator of the list at the moment.
The Coollist mailing list can then become the sole
Arachne mailing list, complete with the no digest 
mode, no searchable archives...which, by the 
way, is the reason WHY I setup the mailing list 
with Freelists.  I've heard a lot of reasons espousing
the perceived benefits of Coollists...all of these PLUS
many more are available at Freelists!  It is FREE...
easy to setup and maintain, and normally hassle free,
if I could just determine WHY Ray Andrew's posts are
still bouncing, no problems at all.
However, once I delete the Arachne group at Freelists,
don't come BITCHING because Coollists doesn't do 
this, that or the other!  BTW, for those of you paranoid 
that your email address may be exposed in the archives
at Freelists...they aren't!  Email addresses of members 
are hidden in the archives, and ONLY available to the
list owners/moderators UNLESS setup to be visible.
Jeeez...try to help people out, see what happens...
frankly, I'd be happy to dissolve Arachne@xxxxxxxxxxxxx, 
since it is no longer of any value to anyone other than
myself.  
As for the Coollists group...I think I'll go back into "lurk mode"...
