Arachne at FreeLists---The Arachne Fan Club!

Hi Greg,
I am now in Q-Edit.

I pressed "reply" in the INBOX and directly after that sent it to the
outbox. Now the filename is: 08849404.tbs
I wrote this name at a piece of paper but there is no need for this
since there is only one file in the outbox.

Now I quit Arachne and go to Q-Edit

Started with Q and I was asked: "file to edit?"
My answer: C:\arachne\mail\*.tbs
Since there is only one file in the outbox, just one .tbs file, the
08849404.tbs is shown by Q-EDIT.

I gave "enter" and there it was: this file I am editting now.

Now I will save this edited file with save. As Q-EDIT maintained the full
filename C:\arachne\mail\08849404.tbs it wrote it directly to the OUTBOX
overwriting the old file.

Back in Arachne OUTBOX now... the edited file is there.

The old file is also there in the MAIL directory: 08849404.bak put there
by Q-EDIT.

Regards, Bastiaan

PS: this process can be automated, I'am sure.
