If you are correct, there is even less reason to develop a Windows
version of Arachne.
OTOH when I used Opera over Win311, I recall that there was some problem
with mail handling, in that it could handle mail going one way (in or
out, I forget which) but not the other.
At that time, I used Foxmail for full mail handling.
Then I found Arachne 1.70 where mail and browsing were fully integrated.
