Glenn, have just checked the updated changes.txt. To clarify, am I
correct with the following summary?

1) You have corrected Joe's name in the 1.75 download files and on
your web site "What has changed.... changes.txt"
2) There appears to be no reference to any of Joe's changes other than
the BOOTP timer fix, so these are not included in 1.75GPL
