Wiz lives in the US, Oklahoma to be a bit more precise.  Canada supplies US 
with energy, somewhat, but we still get most from middle East.  Okla has lots 
of natural gas, some oil left, even coal...
Get quite a bit of wind, because Texas sucks and Kansas blows, haha!

The last time I checked, Canada was still an independent country, albeit
the major supplier of energy to the U.S.A.  I believe the last time the
U.S. tried to take over Canada was back in the 19th century;  of course we
all know George Bush thinks the U.S. owns the entire world!.

I am not sure where the Wiz lives, but quite possibly in the U.S.
