Hi Ray,
True, automatic DNS stuff will only work if the ISP supports
it. But AFAIK, all ISPs today _do_ support it. Otherwise these
ISPs wouldn't work with the mainstream browsers, which use
automatic DNS by default (some browser versions don't even
provide the option for manual DNS setting).
