Why take the argument to a personal level?  As for big picture, GET A GRIP!
Exactly what percentage of "spam" do you think is "web forum related" versus
"email spam"?  I mean, good golly miss molly...I told you exactly how to block
spam on a forum, and you continue to ignore suggestions and advice.
This is pointless.  Whether or not a computer is connecting via dialup or
broadband makes little difference to me, but I know for a fact that the vast
majority of junk messages everywhere on the internet are due to broadband
connected computers that their owners have neglected to implement any
protective measures.  
OK, I'm going back to my small little world now.  This discussion is not getting
anybody anywhere.
