Thanks for the suggestion Glenn, sounds like an interesting candidate.
An official site would be a significant benefit IMO.

On the software download issue that you mention, we would need to have
sufficient html content to satisfy 250free that we would not be
primarily a software download site. To avoid sudden termination of the
service perhaps we should first cobble together a web site and then
ask their help forum if the proposed quantity of download files would
be OK.

Another potential difficulty with their Terms is "You may not
reference 250Free, any 250Free member, or URL linking to any 250Free
network site in a mass mailing, mass newsgroup posting, or any other
form of unsolicited communication" Maybe our lists are too small to be
considered "mass" postings?
