Before purchasing the card, I downloaded drivers and documentation
from manufacturer's website (http://www.rubytech.com.tw/, do not
forget about the .tw suffix, if you don't like p*rn sites),  so
I knew exactly what I want and how to configure it. I didn't have
to ask the salesman for a card that works under DOS.

Sorry, I don't know how to help you. I have no experience with such
devices.
