When sending to Arachne users links must be preceded by http://
otherwise it's not "clickable" when read with Insight.

There are many websites devoted to Arachne already.
Chicagobear, Bastian, Mel, glennmcc. There can be no "official"
site, just various volunteer efforts. I don't see a problem with
that.
