[arachne] Backmail DOS Program

Believe it or not, Backmail is still available on the web!

A companion file, backmail.txt, is also available there that describes
Backmail. The .txt file indicates that Backmail is a product of Alethic
Software, but I couldn't find any hits on that using Google.
You can send a modem command string to the modem to try to connect at the
highest modem rate and work down until a good connection is made. I think
that if the command string is used, it will override anything that may be
built in to the program.
